"At Least They Show Up When They Say They Will"
I’ll give them credit, the delivery showed up right on time again. It’s nice not having to sit around wondering where it is, even if dealing with deliveries in general is still a bit of a hassle.

"Pretty good, just needs more variety"
Food is decent. Nothing amazing, but fine. I just wish the menu changed up more. Some weeks feel the same. Chicken again. Pasta again. If you're not in the mood for those, choices feel kinda limited. Not bad overall. Just could use more variety

"Good portions, with a couple small misses"
I was happy overall. Most of the meals were a solid size and actually filled me up, which I appreciated. A couple of them felt a little short on the sides, and for the price I did expect maybe a bit more meat here and there. Nothing major though. I’d still order again on nights when I just don’t feel like cooking.

The box showed up crushed and some of the food had leaked a bit. Something about it just felt like it had been handled way too roughly during shipping

"Freshness was hit or miss"
Some of the meals tasted really fresh and were good, but a couple seemed like they’d been sitting around a little too long. When I asked about it, the response felt kind of dismissive, like I was being talked down to instead of just getting a straightforward answer. Overall it wasn’t bad, but the consistency wasn’t really what I was expecting.

I was expecting more, but the food just didn’t have much flavor. It kind of felt like they were holding back on seasoning or maybe trying to cut corners somewhere, because the quality really wasn’t there for me.

"I had a small issue and..."
I had a small issue and, to be fair, their customer service fixed it quickly and were really nice about it. I just wish the issue hadn’t happened in the first place, so the whole experience still left me a bit disappointed.
